Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
To return your product, you should send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Damage Claims
We trust our products to be durable and of high quality. However, we have no control over the shipment procedures of the courier. In some extreme cases, the item delivered to you may be damaged during transportation. We remind you to please check your items as soon as you receive them. If you believe that your item is damaged due to shipping, please provide us with photo or video proof and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org , so we can investigate and take the necessary action.
Note that we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 30 days from receipt of products.
